FIGURE DRAWING STUDIO AT MONART

The aim of this course is to enable participants to produce confident, analytical studies from the figure and experiment with different mediums in order to develop their own intuitive style. During this course participants are offered two different approaches to charcoal drawing with sustained poses from the model and few sessions of ink and pen with shorter poses in addition to Graphite on paper.

Every class begins with a series of short gesture drawings with exercises designed to improve observational skills.
