2008 Summer Art Camps
Heard the news? Summer Art Camps are back for 2008! Designed around educational, creative and fun themes, morning and all day
camps will run for four weekly sessions from July 7 through to August 1, 2008 for children ages 5 - 12 years old. For more details and

New Artwork in the Online Galleries!
Four
brand new online galleries have been created to showcase recent artwork by Monart students representing all the classes
and age categories at our school: 4-7 yrs old, 8-12 yrs old, teens and adults. We are tremendously proud of all of our students
and encourage you to check back often to view new pieces posted to the galleries!
Admin Changes for the 2007 – 2008 Year
Welcome back to the new school year which will run from September 4th, 2007 until June 28th, 2008 This year we have made a number of
small administrative changes which we hope will lower the paper work burden of the school. The major change is in the
make-up policy of the school. To learn more, please consult the Open Studio Dates section of
the website.
Supplies for Oil Painting Students
Many of our students who have been at the school for a number of years are now ready to begin painting in oils. Oil painting supplies are significantly more expensive than the media that we normally use at the school. Also, the more permanent and personal nature of oils means
that each student should have their own “kit” which they can maintain ( clean ) themselves and bring to class for their own use.

Monart Try-Out Classes and Gift Certificates Available
Single Try-Out Classes
Anyone can pay to attend a single
class as a "try-out" whenever they please. Just call ahead at
613-260-0483 to be sure there's space in the class you wish to attend.
If the attendee signs up for regular classes we will waive the cost of
the try-out class.
Bring A Friend!
Our Bring-A-Friend coupons are very popular! Simply fill out the coupon with your child's name, the name of the guest, and be sure to call us to confirm space in the class!
If your guest signs up for regular classes we will give your child a
free box of chalk or oil pastels...the same kind we use in class!
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for
single lessons, a complete month or a 3 month session of Monart
lessons. What a great Christmas or birthday present!
