Summer Art Camps for Kids

The Summer Camp was a total SUCCESS and we would like to thank all the Campers and Parents that have made the camp a fun and successful time.

About Monart Summer Camps

Designed around awesome, educational, and creative themes, morning and all day camps will run for four weekly sessions.
Monday to Friday mornings: 9am-12pm, Afternoons: 1pm-4pm or Full Day: 9am-4pm.
Weekly tuition includes all art materials.
High quality craft projects are created for each exciting weekly theme.
Two camps to choose from: 4 to 7 yrs old and 8 to 12 yrs old.
Camps limited to 12 students, plenty of individual attention.
All levels of ability are welcome!

  • Please note, that in our Summer Camps we have outdoor activities as well. We do go outside and play, run, skip, kick balls, chalk drawings etc. It is one hour camp activities followed by one hour outside throughout the day.

Registration Details

Tuition:

Weekly tuition for morning session: $150 (HST is included)
Weekly tuition for afternoon session: $150 (HST is included)
Weekly tuition for all day session: $320 (HST is included)
Early drop off and late pickup are available at an additional cost ($5 per hour).
Every student must supply their own morning and afternoon snacks and a proper lunch. We are a Peanut Free School.
Weekly tuition includes all art materials. We accept cash or cheques only!

Camp Location:

All Monart School of Ottawa Art Summer Camps will take place at 2445 St. Laurent Blvd (near Conroy).

How To Register

1. Download, read and complete the registration form. Camps are limited to 12 campers and fill up quickly. Space will be reserved according to date of registration, provided that tuition is received in full.
2. Summer Camp tuition is payable upon registration. We cannot hold space without payment.
3. Tuition is refundable with written notification by the following dates: June 1 = 100% and June 11 = 50%. No refunds after June 25th.
4. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment as necessary. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Students who cannot comply will not be allowed to continue, and any remaining tuition will be non-refundable.

4-7 yrs

Jungle Book
July 3rd – July 6th
While exploring through the jungles and grasslands of India with Mowgli, Baloo and Bagheera, we will create stunning projects of colourful plants, exotic birds and the animals of the Jungle Book.

A Bug’s Life
July 9th – July 13th
Discover the fascinating world of insects. Everything from the unblinking stare of a praying mantis to the huge colourful wings of a butterflies. We’ll go on a wonderful adventure with a little ant and a circus of exciting bugs!

Froze
July 16th – July 20th
Come cool off with a week of ice themed projects with your favourite characters from Frozen. Learn to draw and make chilly art projects from this fan favourite Disney film.

Wall-E
July 23rd – July 27th
Join us while we go on a cosmic adventure with Wall-E. Exploring outer space and our own blue planet of Earth. We’ll create arts nd crafts focusing on the Pixar film and the Universe beyond.

8-12 yrs

Marvel Superheros
July 3rd – July 6th

With a little imagination, we will join the Marvel Superheroes and explore their amazing super powers with the power of arts and crafts! Kapow!

Star Wars
July 9th – July 13th

Hop aboard the Milennium Falcon and join us for a fun-filed week of Blasters and Droids. We’ll use the Force and make a variety of Star Wars themed projects and explore a galaxy far far away…

Art Around the World **Also in French
July 16rd – July 20th

A fascinating tour around the glode as we explore various styles and amazing artwork fro bautiful countries such as Mexico, India, Japan and Egypt. All you need to bring is your passport and creativity

Dinasaurs
July 23rd – July 27th

Time to go back to 65 million years ago and visit the age of the Dinosaurs. Through the use of arts and crafts, we will meet all kinds of cretaceous creatures like T-Rex, Triceratops and even the ling neck Brachiosaur! Strap your boots on tights, it’s going to be a Jurassic good time.
